Modifies Connecticut General Statute section 9-607(c) regarding campaign finance disclosures, effective October 1, 2018.

Town committee treasurers may issue checks up to $250 to one individual per voting district on election or primary days for campaign worker expenses such as food, beverages, gasoline, and per diem allotments.

Changes the reporting deadline for detailed expenditure accounting from "within" to "not later than" forty-eight hours after polls close.

Requires treasurers to report the names of all individuals receiving checks and their expenditures in accordance with section 9-608.
