Department of Consumer Protection must develop a pamphlet on reasonable accommodations for persons with mental and emotional disabilities living with emotional support animals under federal Fair Housing Act and Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Pamphlet must be made available to educational providers for real estate broker and salesperson licensure courses and continuing education programs by January 1, 2019.

Department must make pamphlet publicly available electronically on its website and in hard copy form upon request.

Act takes effect upon passage.
