Extends the Commission on Fiscal Stability and Economic Growth established by Public Act 17-2 to continue refining recommendations from its final report issued March 1, 2018.

Allows current commission members to remain in office with vacancies filled by the original appointing authority.

Adds chairpersons and ranking members of joint standing committees on appropriations, commerce, finance, revenue and bonding, and planning and development as ex-officio members.

Requires the commission to submit a revised report with specific legislative recommendations to relevant joint standing committees no later than January 1, 2019.
