Expresses sympathy and condolences from the Connecticut General Assembly on the death of Kevin DelGobbo, who passed away on July 3, 2017, at age 53.

Recognizes DelGobbo's service as a state legislator representing the 70th District from 1997 to 2009, where he focused on energy, telecommunications, water policy, and state budget issues.

Acknowledges his roles as Executive Director of the Connecticut Republican Party (1991-1994), Commissioner and Chairman of the Department of Public Utility Control (2009-2012), and Director of Revenue Requirements for Eversource Energy.

Honors his extensive community involvement including service on numerous boards for organizations such as the United Way, Waterbury Development Corporation, Naugatuck YMCA, and Connecticut Community Care, Inc., earning multiple civic awards.

Directs the clerks of the Senate and House to send a copy of the resolution to DelGobbo's family.
