Establishes joint rules for the 2018 General Assembly reconvened session, with modifications to the regular session rules.

Limits the reconvened session solely to reconsidering bills disapproved by the Governor, with limited exceptions for procedural resolutions and journal printing.

Requires the reconvened session to adjourn sine die no later than midnight on June 28, 2018.

Prohibits amendments to any disapproved bills submitted during the reconvened session and requires a two-thirds majority vote in each chamber to overturn gubernatorial vetoes.

Directs chamber clerks to immediately notify the Secretary of State and Legislative Commissioners of final actions on each disapproved bill.
