Authorizes the Commissioner of Administrative Services to delegate fire prevention and safety powers to the Connecticut Airport Authority upon premises, roads, and land under the authority's control, subject to a memorandum of understanding between the commissioner and the airport authority's executive director

Permits the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection to commission one police officer designated by the Connecticut Airport Authority to act on airport premises, vehicles, and surrounding land under the authority's control at the authority's expense

Allows the commissioned airport police officer to arrest individuals and bring them before proper authorities for offenses committed within their jurisdiction

Requires the commissioner to notify the clerk of the superior court for each judicial district where the commissioned airport police officer will operate when issuing or revoking the commission

Updates statutory language to replace gendered terms like "policeman" and "his" with gender-neutral terminology including "police officer" and "the"
