Provides a 50 percent discount on sport fishing licenses for Connecticut residents who are veterans with a service-connected disability rating of 10 percent or more from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Extends the existing 50 percent discount on hunting, archery hunting, trapping, and sport fishing licenses to veterans with qualifying disabilities, matching the discount previously available only to residents aged 16-17.

Applies the 50 percent discount to sport fishing permits, tags, and stamps issued to qualifying veterans under sections 26-27b, 26-48a, 26-86a, and 26-86c.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2018.

Amends section 26-28(d) of the Connecticut general statutes.
