Adds ten points to civil service exam scores for veterans eligible for VA disability compensation or pension, or their spouses unable to work or unmarried surviving spouses

Adds five points to civil service exam scores for honorably discharged service members who received or were entitled to receive a campaign badge or expeditionary medal, unless otherwise eligible for points under this section

Adds five points to civil service exam scores for active duty armed forces members in their final year of enlistment with any branch of the armed forces

All score additions apply only to candidates who achieve at least the minimum earned rating on original appointment examinations and are reflected on candidate lists in order of augmented ratings; effective October 1, 2018
