Establishes a task force to study and evaluate statutes of limitations for sexual assault crimes under Connecticut General Statutes sections 54-193 to 54-193b

Task force composition includes judiciary committee leadership, Chief State's Attorney, Chief Public Defender, Victim Advocate, a judge, scientific services director, criminal defense and innocence project representatives, and seven public members including a law school dean

Appointments must be completed within 30 days of the bill's effective date, with the first task force meeting scheduled no later than 60 days after passage

Task force shall submit findings and recommendations to the judiciary committee by January 1, 2019, and shall terminate on the report submission date or January 1, 2019, whichever is later
