Permits employees of the Department of Children and Families Wilderness School who are 18 years or older and meet specific training requirements to administer epinephrine auto-injectors during emergencies for presumed allergic reactions in enrolled children.

Requires the Wilderness School director to maintain a supply of premeasured epinephrine auto-injectors at the school for emergency first aid purposes.

Prohibits epinephrine administration to any child whose parent or guardian has submitted a written statement refusing such treatment.

Provides liability protection to employees administering epinephrine, shielding them from civil damages for ordinary negligence but not for gross, willful, or wanton negligence.

Becomes effective upon passage.
