Establishes "daily classroom safety" as a new concept defined as a classroom environment where students and school employees are not physically injured by others, effective July 1, 2018.

Requires local and regional boards of education to revise safe school climate plans by September 1, 2019 to include prevention strategies, student conduct codes, designated procedures, administrator notifications, and documentation of daily classroom safety violations.

Mandates administrators meet with teachers within two school days of a daily classroom safety violation to discuss interventions, and allows removal of disruptive students to alternative educational settings with teacher consent or team approval for return.

Requires school principals to notify parents/guardians of students who violate daily classroom safety and of witnessing students (without identifying the violator), and to invite parents to meetings to discuss school interventions.

Expands Department of Education training requirements for school employees to include prevention, identification, and response to daily classroom safety violations alongside existing bullying and teen dating violence training.
