Reduces the total state bond authorization from $90,776,000 to $87,900,000 by amending Public Act 12-189, Section 1.

Reduces the bond authorization for design and construction of a firearms training facility and vehicle operations training center from $3,576,000 to $700,000.

Cancels unissued bond authorizations for the firearms training facility and vehicle operations training center project.

Takes effect upon passage and amends Public Act 12-189, Sections 1 and 2(c)(2).
