Repeals and replaces Section 16-19ggg of the general statutes regarding public electric vehicle charging stations.

Requires owners or operators of public electric vehicle charging stations with payment fees to provide multiple payment options accessible to the public.

Mandates disclosure of all public electric vehicle charging station locations and characteristics (address, voltage, timing restrictions) to the federal United States Department of Energy Alternative Fuels Data Center database.

Prohibits non-electric vehicles from parking in spaces equipped with public electric vehicle charging stations; applies only to plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and battery electric vehicles.

Establishes penalties of $150 for first violation and $250 for subsequent violations of unauthorized parking in electric vehicle spaces.
