Suppliers must approve or disapprove warranty claims within 30 days of receipt, with payment due within 30 days of approval; claims are deemed approved if not disapproved in writing by day 30.

Suppliers must reimburse dealers the current net price plus 18 percent for parts and the dealer's posted hourly labor rate for nonwarranty repairs on covered warranty work.

Wholesale prices for parts used in warranty, recall, or campaign work must be based on the highest wholesale price listed in the supplier's catalogue during the 12-month period before the recall or campaign start.

Suppliers cannot deny warranty claims or charge them back solely due to claim processing errors, clerical errors, or administrative technicalities, and must allow resubmission of denied claims within 30 days according to reasonable guidelines.
