Amends Section 26-66 of the Connecticut general statutes to allow pink clothing as an alternative to fluorescent orange clothing for hunters, effective October 1, 2019.

Authorizes the commissioner to adopt regulations specifying which persons must wear fluorescent orange or pink clothing, the time periods for wearing such clothing, and the types and amounts required when hunting.

Repeals the previous requirement that referenced a January 1, 1989 effective date and removes outdated language from the statute.

Maintains the commissioner's existing regulatory authority over hunting seasons, methods, weapons, bag limits, permits, and other wildlife management practices.
