Commissioner of Administrative Services may adopt policies governing the use of state fleet vehicles by state employees, effective July 1, 2019.

State fleet vehicle use policies cannot be superseded by any collective bargaining agreements issued or negotiated on or after October 1, 2019.

Applies to all state employees as defined in section 5-270 of the general statutes.

Prevents the negotiated terms of collective bargaining agreements from overriding administrative policies on fleet vehicle use.
