Requires disclaimers in political advertising printed materials (flyers, leaflets, newspapers, magazines, and mail) to use a minimum of eight-point type in uniform font.

Mandates that any disclaimer on communications featuring altered photographic images, similar images, or illustrations of a candidate must conspicuously state that the image or illustration has been altered.

Applies to communications that promote the defeat of a candidate's campaign for nomination or election.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
