Adds housing authorities to entities required to make voter registration information and materials available to the public in their offices, effective October 1, 2019.

Secretary of the State shall provide housing authorities with nonpartisan literature, materials, voter registration application forms, and any furniture needed for display.

Starting January 1, 2020, each housing authority must include a voter registration application with every application form for admission to or continued occupancy of a housing authority unit.

Housing authorities must provide one voter registration application per eligible family member and shall assist individuals in completing the application if requested.

Amends Connecticut General Statute Section 9-19h regarding voter registration requirements across state agencies and institutions.
