Commissioner of Transportation shall conduct a study to identify best practices of established public-private partnerships in the state.

Commissioner shall make recommendations to implement identified best practices and create a framework for public-private partnerships to thrive in Connecticut.

Study results must be submitted to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly with cognizance over transportation matters no later than January 1, 2020.

Act takes effect upon passage and creates a new section in the general statutes.
