Registrars of voters must designate at least one location for election day registration applications and must certify it in writing to the Secretary of State no later than 31 days before election day.

Written certification must include the location's name, street address, contact information, names and addresses of appointed election officials, and a description of the location's design and processing plan.

Registrars may apply to the Secretary of State to designate additional election day registration locations, with applications required no later than 90 days before election day.

The Secretary of State may require registrars to appoint additional election officials or alter the location's design or plan upon reviewing the certification.

Campaign solicitation, loitering, peddling, and distribution of advertising materials are prohibited within 75 feet of any election day registration location entrance and in corridors or passageways leading to such locations.
