Amends section 8-345 of the general statutes to create specialized housing vouchers for families with children enrolled in school choice programs

Enables families to relocate to higher opportunity communities where their child attends school or to similar higher opportunity communities

Targets families with children currently participating in a school choice program as the eligible population

Aims to remove housing barriers that may prevent families from moving to communities where their children's schools are located
