Establishes a task force to study how to ensure persons under conservatorship can interact with others while balancing safety concerns and minimizing burdens on conservators.

Task force composition includes two legal services organization members (appointed by House Speaker), two members appointed by Senate President Pro Tempore (one conserved person, one conservator), one member each appointed by House/Senate majority and minority leaders, and the Probate Court Administrator or designee.

All task force appointments must be made within 30 days of the effective date, with the first meeting scheduled within 60 days.

Task force shall submit findings and recommendations to the aging and judiciary committees by December 1, 2019, at which point the task force terminates.
