Requires managers to provide owners and board members with all financial information within 30 days of request, including expenses, revenues, invoices, insurance payouts, reserve funds, bank balances, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and delinquencies.

Aims to protect condominium and planned unit development owners from financial malfeasance, negligence, or incompetence by unlicensed or unqualified managers.
