Increases per diem compensation for panel members of the State Board of Mediation and Arbitration from $150 to $325 per day upon conclusion of proceedings.

Raises additional compensation for panel members who prepare written decisions from $500 to $500 (unchanged), but ensures panel members receive $325 per additional day beyond the first day instead of $150.

Increases per diem for executive panel sessions from $150 to $200 per member upon conclusion of session.

Maintains existing procedural requirements for written decisions to be signed within 15 days and filed with town clerk and parties.

Effective from passage; amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 31-98 with joint favorable recommendation from Labor Committee.
