Amends title 53a to create a legal presumption that a child victim of rape or prostitution who uses physical force in self-defense reasonably believed there was an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury.

Protects child victims of rape and assault by establishing that their use of physical force in self-defense is legally presumed to be reasonable.
