Appropriates $325,000 from the Banking Fund for Department of Banking Fringe Benefits and reduces Judicial Department Foreclosure Mediation Program by $325,000

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the Insurance Fund for Department of Insurance Fringe Benefits and reduces Department of Public Health Immunization Services by $1,000,000
