Requires human papillomavirus (HPV) immunization for children before entering ninth grade, following National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations.

Requires meningococcal conjugate vaccine booster dose before entering twelfth grade, following CDC recommendations.

Establishes exemptions for medical contraindications, religious beliefs (with notarized statements), prior disease confirmation, and age-based exemptions for certain vaccines.

Mandates towns pay for immunizations if parents or guardians are unable to afford them, upon school board recommendation.

Takes effect July 1, 2020 and amends Connecticut General Statutes section 10-204a(a).
