Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall publish and maintain a list of all home inspectors licensed under chapter 400f of the general statutes on the Department of Consumer Protection's website, updated annually (effective October 1, 2019)

Appraisal management companies must verify that persons added to their appraiser panels hold certificates in good standing and maintain detailed records of all appraisal requests and the appraisers who perform them

Appraisal management companies must periodically review the work of all appraisers to ensure compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice)

Persons owning more than 10 percent of an appraisal management company must be determined by the commissioner to be of good moral character and must submit to a background investigation

Appraisal management companies must compensate appraisers in compliance with the federal Truth-in-Lending Act, 15 USC Section 1639e(i), as amended from time to time
