Authorizes the Commissioner of Administrative Services to enter into state grant commitments for public school building projects reviewed and prioritized according to section 10-283 of Connecticut General Statutes.

Requires approval by a General Assembly committee established under section 10-283a prior to February 1, 2019, based on a priority listing submitted before December 15, 2018.

Allocates estimated grants totaling $160,498,876 across eight school building projects in Connecticut, including $90,769,500 for Bassick High School in Bridgeport and $59,365,050 for John F. Kennedy Middle School in Enfield.

Covers renovation and construction projects at schools in Bridgeport, Enfield, Norwalk, Simsbury, Fairfield (two schools), Middletown, and Newington.

Takes effect upon passage and creates a new section in Connecticut statutes.
