Amends section 17b-28e of the general statutes to add chiropractic services as an optional covered service under Connecticut's Medicaid program.

Requires the Commissioner of Social Services to amend the Medicaid state plan by October 1, 2019 to include treatment by chiropractors licensed under section 20-27.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Social Services to adopt regulations under chapter 54 to implement the chiropractic coverage provisions.

Takes effect upon passage of the bill.
