Town of Woodbridge is authorized to renew temporary notes issued to finance the acquisition of Woodbridge Country Club for up to fifteen years from the original issue date.

Renewal authorization applies only to temporary notes that were outstanding on January 1, 2019.

Renewal period exemption overrides conflicting provisions in special acts, municipal charters, ordinances, and section 7-378a of the general statutes.

All other provisions of section 7-378a of the general statutes continue to apply to the renewal authorized under this act.

Act takes effect immediately upon passage.
