Each employer as defined in section 38a-513f of the general statutes must submit an annual report to the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management no later than October 1st, beginning July 1, 2019

Reports must include the number of active collective bargaining agreements with employee organizations and the number of employees covered by such agreements

Employers sponsoring fully insured group health insurance policies must report the percentage increase or decrease in policy costs for the preceding year, calculated as total premium costs divided by the total number of active employees, early retirees and retirees covered

Employers must provide information concerning retirement plans and benefits offered to employees, including the total costs associated with providing such plans and benefits for the preceding year
