Repeals and replaces Section 9-750 of the general statutes effective October 1, 2019, to address funding insufficiencies in the Citizens' Election Fund.

Authorizes deposits from revenues of the tax imposed under chapter 208 to the Citizens' Election Fund when available funds fall short of required amounts for fiscal year 2006 or any subsequent fiscal year.

Allows additional deposits from chapter 208 tax revenues during an election cycle if the Citizens' Election Fund lacks sufficient funds to provide grants to all qualified candidate committees.

Requires that any deposits made from chapter 208 tax revenues during an election cycle be deducted from the amount deposited to the Citizens' Election Fund under Section 3-69a for the following fiscal year.
