Commissioner of Developmental Services shall convey approximately 16 acres of state land in Mansfield to the town, consisting of a 15.6-acre parcel and a triangular parcel, subject to State Properties Review Board approval and administrative costs.

First parcel is subject to an access easement for Raymond E. and Marianne Gergler providing passage from their land to Depot Road, and conveyance includes transfer of abandoned railroad siding rights and utility line easements on Connecticut Light and Power Company poles 21-24.

Town of Mansfield must use parcels for municipal purposes and compensate the state for use of Mansfield Training School utilities and services.

Parcels shall revert to the state if the town: does not use them for municipal purposes, fails to retain ownership of all parcels, or leases all or any portion of the parcels.

State Properties Review Board must complete review within 30 days of receiving the conveyance agreement; State Treasurer executes the deed and Commissioner of Administrative Services handles other conveyance matters.
