Commissioner of Transportation shall convey two parcels of state land in Naugatuck to the borough of Naugatuck at fair market value determined by averaging two independent appraisals, plus administrative costs.

First parcel comprises approximately 2.888 acres identified on a map dated June 27, 1988 (last revised December 16, 2003) showing land leased to SWR, LLC.

Second parcel comprises approximately 0.654 acres identified on a map dated January 9, 1998 showing land leased to Lineweber Bros. L.L.C.

State Properties Review Board must approve the conveyance and complete its review within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver necessary deeds or instruments, with the Commissioner of Transportation holding sole responsibility for all other aspects of the conveyance.
