Commissioner of Transportation shall convey approximately 0.125 acre of state-owned land in Beacon Falls to the town at no cost, except for survey expenses paid by the town.

Parcel is located adjacent to the intersection of North Main Street and Church Street and shall be identified following completion of a Class A-2 horizontal survey.

Town of Beacon Falls must use the parcel exclusively for relocating the historic Rimmon Schoolhouse; property reverts to the state if the town fails to use it for this purpose, sells it, or leases any portion of it.

State Properties Review Board must approve the conveyance and complete its review within 30 days of receiving the proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver the necessary deed or instrument with provisions ensuring the property is used for the schoolhouse relocation purpose.
