Require the Department of Children and Families to use Ages and Stages assessment tools instead of birth-to-three evaluations when screening children 36 months of age or younger who are substantiated abuse or neglect victims or served through the family assessment response program.

Compensate schools and occupational therapists providing birth-to-three program services at the independent group fee schedule rate.

Require providers to conduct quarterly audits by submitting documentation to the state verifying client attendance and associated billing for treatment.

Provide annual training to providers regarding new billing requirements.

Allow occupational therapists working on a fee schedule to serve as an independent group for Husky and bill for self-care management or oral motor skills.
