Reduces sport fishing license fees to 50 percent of the standard fee for Connecticut residents who are veterans with a service-connected disability rating of 10 percent or more from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Applies the same 50 percent discount to firearms hunting, archery hunting, and trapping licenses for residents aged 16-17 years old.

Extends the 50 percent discount to fishing permits, tags, and stamps issued to eligible veterans and to hunting/fishing permits, tags, and stamps for residents under 18 years old.

Takes effect October 1, 2019.

Amends Connecticut General Statutes section 26-28(d).
