Prohibits assisted living services agencies licensed under chapter 368v of Connecticut general statutes from requiring third-party payment guarantees in service contracts entered after the effective date.

Makes void and unenforceable any contract provision requiring a third-party guarantee of payment in assisted living services contracts signed after the bill's effective date.

Extends the same prohibition to continuing care providers that offer assisted living services for admission or continued residency contracts.

Declares that invalidating a third-party guarantor requirement does not affect the validity of other provisions in the contract.

Effective from passage and applies the existing prohibition on third-party guarantors previously applied to nursing home facilities to assisted living agencies and providers.
