Establishes that unlawful dissemination of intimate images occurs when a person intentionally disseminates photographs, films, videotapes, or recorded images of another person's genitals, pubic area, buttocks, or female breasts (less than fully opaque coverage) or persons engaged in sexual intercourse without consent, knowing the other person understood the image would not be disseminated, and the victim suffers harm.

Defines "disseminate" to include selling, giving, providing, lending, trading, mailing, delivering, transferring, publishing, distributing, circulating, presenting, exhibiting, advertising, or otherwise offering such images.

Exempts images resulting from voluntary public exposure or commercial settings, images where the person is not clearly identifiable, and images whose dissemination serves the public interest.

Establishes penalties as a class A misdemeanor for disseminating intimate images to one person by any means, and a class D felony for disseminating to more than one person via interactive computer services, information services, or telecommunications services.

Protects interactive computer service, information service, and telecommunications service providers from liability for content provided by other persons.
