Establishes a personal financial management pilot program for fiscal years ending June 30, 2020 and June 30, 2021, administered by the Capitol Region Education Council.

Capitol Region Education Council shall assist member school districts in providing personal financial management instruction using curriculum materials from the State Board of Education during the school year commencing July 1, 2020.

Assistance includes collection and dissemination of curriculum materials and the use of advisors with expertise in personal financial management to support classroom instruction.

Appropriates $100,000 to the Department of Education from the General Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, for program preparation.

Appropriates $100,000 to the Department of Education from the General Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, for program administration.
