Adds threatening a child protective services worker to existing threatening in the first degree statutes (Section 53a-61aa) and threatening in the second degree statutes (Section 53a-62), making such threats felonies when related to the worker's official duties.

Defines "child protective services worker" as a social worker, supervisor, manager, case worker, case aide, or investigator employed by the Department of Children and Families or contracted to provide services to the department.

Makes threats against child protective services workers a class D felony under threatening in the second degree, matching the penalty for threats at schools and religious facilities during operational hours.

Effective October 1, 2019, amending Connecticut General Statutes sections 53a-61aa and 53a-62.
