Requires the Military Department to establish an annual cyber technology competition for Connecticut secondary school students, effective October 1, 2019.

Competition shall be held each year at the State Armory in Hartford and designed to encourage student collaboration with government agencies and private industry to strengthen and secure information systems.

Military Department must promote the competition through outreach to school districts throughout the state.

Military Department shall establish and post rules and guidelines for the competition on its website.

Implementation is subject to available appropriations.
