Prohibits blockchain technology industry employers from including noncompete provisions in employment contracts that restrict employees from obtaining employment in a specified geographical area for a specified period after termination.

Prohibits requiring blockchain technology employees to disclose the terms, conditions, or existence of employment offers from other blockchain technology industry employers after the employment contract expires.

Prohibits requiring employees to agree to enter into a subsequent employment contract with the same employer or extend or renew an existing contract upon terms offered by a prospective employer.

Allows aggrieved employees to bring civil actions in Superior Court to recover damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fees for violations.

Applies to blockchain industry employment contracts entered into, renewed, or extended on or after July 1, 2019.
