Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall conduct a study of state revenue policies to identify legislative changes that improve business competitiveness with surrounding states.

Secretary may consult with individuals, businesses, and state agencies as needed to complete the study.

Secretary must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on finance, revenue and bonding no later than January 1, 2020.

The act takes effect upon passage and creates a new section of statute.

Committee on Finance, Revenue and Bonding issued a joint favorable recommendation.
