Commissioner of Transportation shall convey approximately 0.8 acre parcel (Lot 900, Block 954, New Haven Tax Assessor's Map 78) to the New Haven Port Authority at a cost not to exceed $205,000, subject to State Properties Review Board approval.

New Haven Port Authority must use the parcel exclusively to support multimodal movement of freight transiting the Port of New Haven.

Parcel reverts to the state of Connecticut if the Port Authority fails to use it for the specified purpose or does not retain full ownership of the property.

State Properties Review Board must complete its review within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation, with the land remaining under state control until conveyance is finalized.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver the deed or conveyance instrument with provisions ensuring the Port Authority's compliance with the stated purpose.
