Commissioner of Administrative Services shall convey a 50.29-acre parcel of state land in Hamden (formerly High Meadows facility at 825 Hartford Turnpike) to the town of Hamden for $1,708,300 plus administrative costs.

Conveyance is subject to approval by the State Properties Review Board and must be completed by June 30, 2021.

If the deadline is not met, the town of Hamden may request a one-time extension of up to 12 additional months, with the town reimbursing the state for all actual costs attributable to the extension.

State Properties Review Board must complete its review within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement from the Department of Administrative Services.

State Treasurer shall execute and deliver the necessary deed or instrument, with the Commissioner of Administrative Services responsible for all other aspects of the conveyance.
