Commissioner of Transportation shall convey approximately 0.125 acre parcel of state land in Beacon Falls to the town at no cost except for survey expenses paid by the town.

Parcel is located adjacent to the intersection of North Main Street and Church Street, with precise size and location to be determined by the commissioner upon completion of a Class A-2 horizontal survey.

Town of Beacon Falls must use the parcel exclusively for relocating the historic Rimmon Schoolhouse; parcel reverts to state if town fails to use it for this purpose, does not retain ownership, or leases any portion.

State Properties Review Board must complete its review within 30 days of receiving the proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation, and the State Treasurer shall execute the conveyance deed.

Conveyance is subject to State Properties Review Board approval and any state easement reservations as determined by the commissioner.
