Commissioner of Transportation must solicit competitive bids to sell a 0.045 acre parcel of state land located at 312 Percival Avenue in Berlin, adjacent to Kensington Congregational Church, on or before July 1, 2019.

Department of Transportation shall use an expedited process to sell the parcel to the highest bidder without requiring State Properties Review Board approval.

Parcel remains under Department of Transportation care and control until sale is completed, with the State Treasurer executing necessary deeds and the Commissioner handling all other sale-related matters.

Act became effective upon passage and was approved July 23, 2019.
