Commissioner of Transportation shall convey two parcels of state land in Naugatuck to the borough at a cost equal to fair market value as determined by the average of two independent appraisals, plus administrative costs.

First parcel consists of approximately 2.888 acres identified as "Lease Area = 2.888± Acres" on a map from June 1988 related to land leased to SWR, LLC.

Second parcel consists of approximately 0.654 acre identified as "Lease Area = 0.654± Acre" on a map from January 1998 related to land leased to Lineweber Bros. L.L.C.

Precise size, location, and any easements to be reserved by the state shall be determined by the Commissioner of Transportation, and the conveyance is subject to State Properties Review Board approval.

State Properties Review Board must complete its review within 30 days of receiving the proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation; the State Treasurer shall execute necessary deeds.
